Our story

G & W Moore Co Ltd Pork Sausage Manufacturers is a well established family business trading from the early 1950’s and continues to grow with the third generation of the family taking it forward to new heights.

George Moore (proprietor) moved the business from Belfast in 2008 from where his father Maurice had taught him from an early age on the running of the company, to a new EC approved factory in Saintfield County Down, Northern Ireland.

We now operate directly to the catering industry supplying our premium pork sausages to fast food outlets, sandwich bars, restaurants and wholesale outlets.

We also supply a wide range of fresh pork, bacon and gammon products using locally sourced companys for all our raw materials.
